BECOMING AN SBPR MEMBER

​

To become a member you need to be involved in back pain research and have a nominee from the society.  

 

 

Take the following steps.

1. Download the membership application form

​

​

​

​

​

2. Applications must be supported by one nomination from an existing member.

​

​

​

​

3. Pay the £50 annual fee by bank transfer or by card here 

​

** Please note there will be a small card processing fee added **

​

4. Send the filled out application form to Deb (exact details on the form).
